About Ekin Gumus

I am a global service lead with 13 years of professional experience in implementing large-scale and complex telephony projects. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to live and work in several countries, which has given me a strong international perspective and the ability to adapt quickly to different cultures and business environments. Since 2018, I’ve been based in Romania, continuing to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful communication solutions.

As the Global Service Lead for Enterprise Voice at Copeland, I spearhead the company’s critical global telephony infrastructure, driving transformation and innovation across regions. I lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our enterprise voice operations, ensuring seamless 24/7 service delivery for over 18.000 of employees and customers worldwide.

My role encompasses end-to-end service delivery, from technical design to vendor relationships, budget forecasting, and performance management.
